Landscape Coordinator

Job Description

• Coordinating daily landscape maintenance works and site schedules.
• Assigning tasks to landscape workers and ensuring work is completed on time.
• Conducting routine site inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Monitoring the health of plants, trees, shrubs, and turf.
• Liaising with clients, site representatives, and subcontractors regarding work progress.
• Preparing daily work reports, attendance records, and maintenance logs.
• Ensuring tools, equipment, and materials are available for daily operations.
• Ensuring compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
  
  Requirements
  
• Diploma or NITEC in Landscape Management, Horticulture, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
• Experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping.
• Basic knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, fertilizers, and pest control.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise a small team.
• Familiarity with landscape equipment and machinery.
