Landscape Specialist/Horticulturist Manager - Urgent Hire

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure the softscape (landscape) is well maintained and kept in good condition for commercial properties (i.e. office towers, retail mall, residences and medical facility) maintaining the highest standards of landscape management and horticultural operations 
• Monitor progress and performance of term contractors' works and ad-hoc improvement works
• Perform site study including checking current plants, soil conditions, light etc and make recommendations for replacement of plant species 
• Overview and supervise all landscaping works within the sites tasked
• Work closely with the operations manager in the planning of resources (workers / equipment etc.)
• Any other duties as and when assigned

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience such as gardener
• Diploma in Landscape Design, Horticulturist Management or related discipline are welcome
• Comfortable with handle ad-hoc matters beyond working hours
• Excellent team player, proactive and can work independently
• Prior experience with local plant species and construction materials will be advantageous
• Have an eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks
