Landscape Technical Officer - Leading Industry Pay

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with the Landscape Architect and team to support project development and execution;
2. Assist in the implementation of design concepts and plans under the guidance of Senior Landscape architects and Senior Landscape Technical;
3. Assisting in the preparation of technical drawings, and construction documents using software such as AutoCAD and Revit;
4. Support the selection of materials, plants, and sustainable design solutions in accordance with project requirements;
5. Assist in the coordination of landscape elements with other disciplines such as architecture and engineering;
6. Assisting in preparation of tender specification and document;
7. Provide technical support during the construction phase, including assisting in site inspections and coordination with contractors.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma in Landscape Architecture or a related field;
2. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and other relevant design software is advantage;
3. Knowledge in Revit and have done basic modelling;
4. Proficient in technical drawing skills and familiarity with construction documentation;
5. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written;
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements;
7. Willing to learn and open to sharing;
8. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving;
9. Previous experience or internship in a related field is preferred.
