Selected candidate will be engaged under a third-party agency payroll for the tenure of employment in SRC under 1-year renewable contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Business Manager and Business Lead on preparing and consolidating all Phase 3 and 4 Instruction to Bidders (ITB) preparation, tendering, clarification, legal review, final evaluation.
- Lead and facilitate the EPC/EPCm conversion proposal evaluation and monitor status to meet DSP3 timeline.
- Lead Project Assurance on project control establishment in Phase 4 to meet phase gate approval requirement.
- Support Business Lead on project monthly reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of work experience in contracts management and administration as well as contract T&Cs review.
- Experience in in Pre-FEED, FEED and EPC phase of mega/major projects in Singapore or this region.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior working experience in SRC for at least 5 years would be advantageous
