Lead Electrician (Indoor Renovation)

Working Hours:

• 6 Working Days
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Including 1-hour meal break)
• Must be willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays if scheduled

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation, rewiring, maintenance and troubleshooting works for residential renovation projects.
• Install conduits, trunking, wiring, switches, sockets, lighting, ceiling fans, water heaters, DBs and other electrical accessories.
• Perform concealed and surface wiring works.
• Install and replace Distribution Boards (DB) and carry out testing and commissioning.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and site layouts.
• Plan wiring routes and execute electrical works independently.
• Diagnose electrical faults and carry out rectification works.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with Singapore electrical safety standards.
• Coordinate with homeowners and interior designers during site meetings.
• Supervise electricians or helpers on assigned projects.
• Maintain tools, equipment and ensure job sites are clean, organised and safe.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Singapore electrical installation or renovation experience.
• Experience in HDB, Condominium and Landed House renovation projects is preferred.
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Able to take site measurements and plan electrical layouts.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Able to carry out complete electrical works independently.
• Able to manage assigned job sites and supervise workers.
• Able to communicate with homeowners, interior designers.
• Class 3A/C Driving Licence will be an advantage.
• Responsible, hardworking and safety-conscious.
