Lead Full-Stack Engineer

We are working with a blockspace infrastructure company, and as part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a Lead full-stack engineer (Front-end focused) to join their Singapore team.

The package is competitive $160k+ USD + equity / year.

Hybrid work arrangement. Meet regularly for offsites in places like Barcelona, London, and San Francisco.

Role Responsibilities:

• Full-stack development with more focus on front-end coming months
• Exposure to smart contract (be it work with developers or APIs)
• Bonus if worked directly on smart contract

Core Skills:

• Experience with customer-facing applications
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, PostgreSQL, Node.js, Solidity, GraphQL, TypeScript, and Next.js
• Strong focus on software quality: security, performance, architecture, and testing
• Excellent technical communication and cross-functional collaboration
