Lead IT Security (SIEM) - Urgent Hiring

The Opportunity:

• Permanent role
• Work location: Central
• Work hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm/8:30pm - 5:30pm

Adecco is partnering with recognised organisation and they are looking for Lead IT Security (SIEM) to join the Team! A great opportunity to work with the company who value growth opportunities, trainings and diversity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage SIEM systems for detecting security incidents and conduct security testing and vulnerability assessments (IT systems & Applications)
• Analyze security logs for threats and vulnerabilities
• Implement and maintain security controls to reduce risks
• Develop and update security policies, procedures and standards
• Participate in security audits and penetration tests
• Stay updated on security threats and vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with other security, IT, and development teams; train and mentor junior staff in security
• Ensure quality in security processes and improve security through automation.

Requirements:

• Min 5 years experience in infosec operations or related field.
• Deep knowledge of security principles, frameworks and best practices (e.g. Cybersec Framework, NIST, CIS Controls)
• Proficiency in SIEM systems.
• Expertise in security testing tools and methods (e.g. VAPT tools)
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in scripting languages like Python or Bash a plus
• Familiarity with security automation tools advantageous.
• Understanding of IT infras and operations s pluss
• Knowledge of IT compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, PCI DSS) beneficial.
