To coordinate with internal and external labs for new analytical method development or transfer, as well as sample testing. To perform in house analysis of vitamins, minerals and other HNC active ingredients related to nutritional products as defined by USP, AOAC, FDA, ISO, Merck, BP etc. To review and assist team members to conduct shelf life analytical studies. To monitor and analyze customer complaints and assist with investigations. To perform, HPLC, Spectrophotometric and ICP analysis together with various other testing procedures as available with the analytical and IAC laboratories in Singapore To conduct calibration and calculate standard curve analysis to ensure validity of results To maintain accurate records of all results in a systematic manner for auditing and customer correlations Work with sales and marketing to assist with customer presentations and product investigation To present analytical results and recommendations to team members post conducting analysis To keep up to date on the development of new procedures by attending conferences, working with collaborative institutions, and reviewing newly published scientific literature Ability to work independently and with teams to conduct investigative analysis Ability to conduct, understand variance and interpret analytical results Experience in operating, maintaining, and calibrating analytical equipment
