Quality Assurance Ensure on-going compliance of the processes, procedure and products to the company's directives and policies, to meet customer and regulatory requirements. Appointed as the IQA Lead, organize and co-ordinate Internal audit cycle and follow up timely on CAPA implementation, verification and effectiveness check. Act as Food Defense Team Leader in upkeeping the plan and conduct assessment. Appointed as a HACCP team member in reviewing and assessment of food safety risk. This includes the review of OPRP & CCP related SOPs, plan and conducting CCP and OPRP validations with collaboration with Ops team. Act as site audit coordinator for certification and customer audits, as well as regulatory inspections. Follow up on CAPA and responses to auditor to meet closure timeline. Administer Quality documentation via EDM and share points. Develop, review and revise procedures/SOPS to be enhance/reinforce quality and food safety compliance. Plan and conduct mock exercises: Product mock recall, food defense. Support management of change on quality and food safety risk assessment. Monitor and conduct quality data trending and analysis and compile for management review. Plan and conduct GMP, ISO and Quality & Food Safety trainings to staff to promote quality and food safety culture. Review of Quality Agreements in consultation with Legal and Manager, and coordinate sign off. Review pest control record periodically for opportunity of timely improvement Troubleshoot and work on root cause finding of deviations and non-conformance. Experience in conducting quality audit & training.
