Lead Specialist, Tech Development P&B (Contract)

Assist / support TD Director and Manager in their projects for multiple product categories and clients. Assist / support TD Director and Manager to implement fragrance technology across categories Coordinate people from different teams to get the job done. keep proper & detailed documentation on laboratory work Analyse data, write project reports and make recommendation. Conduct presentation (technical content) to internal & if required, to external clients Possible to be involved in promoting technology to clients. Quite adept in carrying out hands on job and perform routine & complex laboratory work in compliance to established HSE rules Manage lab supply. Manage administrative internal systems / tasks Maintain the laboratory and equipments as well as cleanliness of workplace. Follow established HSE rules and proactively propose improvement Supportive environment where individuals are empowered to progress and contribute to meaningful change.
