Lead Strategy Associate - Options Institute

We seek a dynamic professional with deep trading and risk-management experience and a passion for investor education.

You will localize and deliver high-impact derivative curricula across APAC, translating complex concepts into clear, engaging content for retail and institutional audiences.

Duties include live instruction, material translation (one APAC language), writing case studies, growing regional trainer networks, and tracking learner outcomes.

Requirements:

5+ yrs markets experience, equity-derivatives trading preferred; bilingual English/APAC language; strong writing, presentation, and PowerPoint skills; prior teaching or content-development background; curiosity about simplifying complex systems.
