Learning & Development Assistant Manager (Real Estate) - Fast Hire

Company Overview:

Our Client is one of the largest private property developers in Singapore across residential, commercial, hospitality as well as retail space. They are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join their Learning & Development Team.

Responsibilities:

As a member of the Learning and Development Team, you will play an integral role in enhancing organizational effectiveness by integrating competencies development, performance management, and learning interventions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with L&OD team to diagnose needs and design interventions.
• Manage end-to-end responsibilities of L&OD programs, including needs assessment, strategy, execution, and evaluation.
• Identify opportunities to improve organization design and work processes.
• Design and facilitate learning solutions using various techniques.
• Provide comprehensive support for learning activities, including vendor coordination and program management.
• Actively manage New Hire Onboarding/Orientation Programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Over 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in organizational transformation and learning program development.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical skills with project management expertise.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with initiative and adaptability.
• Familiarity with L&OD approaches, technologies, and tools.
• Proficiency in learning design, data analysis, and visualization.
• HR or IHRP Certification is a plus.
• ACLP certification and psychometric tools certification are advantageous.
