Mission (About the Role)
You will join the regional Talent and Learning Team to facilitate the deployment of Sales, Business Growth and Leadership development interventions in the East Asia Region.
You will experience the end-to-end learning process from needs analysis to facilitation to learning evaluation and undertake special projects related to driving a learning culture and branding of learning activities.
Location: Kallang
What will you do?
Translate Learning Needs Assessment into a Regional Development Plan
Develop Learning Interventions to meet the Learning Needs of the Region
Organize and Facilitate Learning Interventions
Analyze the Progress of the Learning Interventions
Creatively Propose New Ways of Measuring Learning Progress and Effectiveness
Leverage digital tools and inject new ways of Learnings
What qualifications will make you successful?
1. Education: Bachelor’s in Business / Human Resources / Psychology / Engineering / IT Skills/Systems
2. Knowledge:
Must have: Excel; Powerpoint,Strong Communication Skills – verbal and written
Good to have: Data Analytics; Tableau, Klaxoon, Miro, Mentimeter
