Lease Admin Officer - Fast Hire

The ideal candidate will be part of the Marketing team . The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and a team player

Job Responsibilities:

• Adhere to regulatory requirements and make sure proper approvals and documentations are in order.
• Assist in analysis of sales and traffic performance.
• Establish and maintain good landlord and tenant relationship.
• Provide administration support to the Leasing team.
• Prepare weekly / monthly reports of leasing activities, tenants sales reports, monthly management reports, arrears management.
• Prepare property tax schedule and property tax submission.
• Prepare and follow up on all lease documents to ensure its completion, update leasing reports and schedules.

• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
• A self-starter who is able to work independently as well as in a team.
• A meticulous and organised individual with a very high attention to detail.
• Preferably able to start work within short notice.
