Leasing and Facilities Executive (Up $4000 / Facility Management) KO5 - Collaborative Environment

Summary:

• Salary up $4000
• Monday to Friday 
• Location: Aljunied
• Up 2 months Variable Bonus

Responsibilities

Leasing:

• Handle all leasing matters throughout the property lifecycle.
• Lease out and manage owned or leased properties, from prospecting to securing tenancies.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained, addressing any facilities-related issues promptly.
• Draft and review tenancy agreements, ensuring legal compliance.
• Manage rental arrears and enforce lease terms as necessary.
• Foster long-term customer relationships to maintain positive landlord-tenant interactions.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Facilities Management:

• Plan and schedule maintenance works and projects, including upgrades and renovations as necessary.
• Review maintenance contracts, ensuring specifications meet standards, and seek approval for execution.
• Conduct periodic inspections of all properties to ensure maintenance standards are met.
• Assist the Manager in Capital Expenditure (Capex) and Operating Expenditure (Opex) planning.
• Manage office operations for the Head Office, ensuring smooth functioning.
