Our Client is a Property Management group focusing on property investment in Singapore and Australia. The team is looking for a self-driven Leasing Manager to join the team upon its expansion in the Singapore market.
Overview of this job position
- Plan and implement appropriate tenancy mix
- Ensure optimal occupancy and revenue
- Formulate and implement leasing/marketing strategies
- Assist in planning for upcoming AEI work
【 What you will be doing 】
- Responsible for managing existing tenancies, identifying prospects and securing new tenancies
- Establish and build networking channels with tenants and agents to achieve maximum occupancy
- Monitor tenants’ sales performance and work with tenants to improve revenue
- Prepare annual budgets, financial and monthly reports, and monitor performance
- Supervise and lead junior leasing personnel
- Work closely with other departments to support marketing events and strengthen tenant relation
- Oversee and follow up on tenancy-related matters
- Any other task as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management

【 What they are looking for 】
<Must>
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, with preferably 10 years of relevant real estate experience (retail mall)
- Proficiency in negotiating lease terms, rental rates, concessions, and other contractual arrangements with prospective tenants or their representatives.
- Familiarity with Singapore laws, regulations, and contractual agreements governing commercial real estate leasing, including lease agreements, landlord-tenant laws, zoning regulations, and fair housing laws.
- Good grasp of retail market trends and well-versed in retail leasing procedures
- Fluent in Mandarin and English listening/speaking/writing is essential for internal and external communication purposes

- Prior Leasing management experience coming from commercial real estate.
- Prior leadership experience in leading a team
- Responsible, meticulous and able to communicate with people at all levels
- Able to multitask efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a good attitude, drive and resilience to meet job challenges
