LEASING MANAGER / UP TO $11K

The Leasing Manager is responsible for leading the overall leasing strategy and execution strategy, driving occupancy and revenue growth while enhancing the mall’s positioning within the market. This role manages the full leasing cycle, including market analysis, tenant sourcing, negotiations, and lease execution, ensuring optimal space utilization and sustainable income performance.

A key focus of the role is to curate a strong and relevant tenant mix that aligns with mall's target audience and commercial objectives, strengthening its appeal as a lifestyle and retail destination.

The Leasing Manager leads and mentors a team of leasing executives, setting clear targets and ensuring high performance. The role also collaborates closely with internal stakeholders across asset management, marketing, and operations to support integrated business strategies.

In addition, the Leasing Manager builds and maintains strong relationships with tenants, leasing agents, and business partners, ensuring long-term partnerships and contributing to the mall’s continued success.
