Responsibilities:
- Report to company management to develop strategic alignment programs
- Perform market research and analysis to support company expansion plans
- Source for new potential outlet location for the company
- Liaise with landlords to view unit and handle lease negotiation
- Ensure proper leasing documentation is in place and timely submission to relevant parties
- Handle all lease negotiations, renewals and administration
- Prepare, review and process tenancy and lease agreements
- Serve as lead facilitator both internally and externally for projects
- Attend all social, industry and business networking events
- Formulate and implement marketing strategies to maximize rent and occupancy
- Handle all types of advertisements (printed or online etc) including planning & budgeting
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min. 1 year of related work experience in F&B industry
- Experience in sourcing for F&B/Retail outlets location preferred
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
- Work Location: Tai Seng
- Salary: up to $3500
