Legal and Compliance Manager, Hedge Fund

A well established hedge fund in Singapore is looking to hire a Legal and Compliance Manager. 

• It's a newly created role to oversee legal and compliance matters 
• The compliance aspect will cover international compliance matters overseeing international investors (US, Caymans, Australia, Canada, UK). 
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentation such as offering memoranda, side letters, ISDAs, and broker agreements
• Reviewing the work of external counsels.

Bachelor in law or qualified lawyer is preferred with 5 to 10 years of work experience. You could be working in a law firm or inhouse with a fund manager. Experience in derivatives trading, overseas compliance, side letter negotiations for hedge fund manager, resourceful and a good team player is a must.
