Job Description - Legal Contract Manager, Healthcare Service Provider

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Manager to report to the CEO and reviewing, drafting, and managing contracts. The role focuses on contract analysis, risk identification, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities

Review, analyze, and summarize contracts including NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, and amendments
Identify legal, commercial, and contractual risks and flag issues to legal counsel
Assist in drafting standard contracts, clauses, and templates
Support contract negotiation processes by tracking comments and revisions
Ensure contracts comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Maintain and update contract databases and document management systems
Coordinate contract execution, including signatures and filing
Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., procurement, sales, finance) on contract-related matters
Monitor contract deadlines, renewals, and key obligations

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field
5–10 years of experience in a paralegal or contract management, review role
Strong understanding of commercial contracts and legal terminology
