Job Description:

• Advise on corporate and investment banking transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents.
• Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure legal compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
• 3-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a reputable law firm, financial institution, or corporate legal department.
• Strong background in corporate and investment banking transaction preferred.
