Role Summary

A specialised legal professional in the banking and credit sector responsible for comprehensive legal documentation management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review and validate facility letters, agreements, and security documents for completeness, validity, and legal enforceability
2. Liaise with external legal counsel on complex documentation matters including mortgages, debentures, and specialised contracts
3. Manage legal document execution for non-standard credit facilities
4. Monitor and review legal documents including court orders, winding-up notices, and regulatory communications
5. Provide legal advisory services to management on regulatory requirements and contract interpretations
