Job Summary

TKQP Law LLP seeks a Legal Executive (Paralegal) with 2-3 years’ experience to join its insurance litigation team, supporting motor insurance and personal injury claims through legal research, document drafting, and technology management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research to support insurance litigation cases
• Investigate facts relevant to motor insurance and personal injury claims
• Draft and verify legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Manage and utilize workplace legal technologies to enhance case handling efficiency
• Collaborate effectively with conducting lawyers and team members to support case preparation
• Maintain meticulous organization of case files and documentation
• Communicate clearly and professionally within the team and with external parties

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant work experience in insurance litigation, specifically handling motor insurance and personal injury claim matters
• Diploma or equivalent qualification
