Legal Executive Up to $4500 @Harbourfront - Get Hired Fast

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and interpret contracts and legal documents to minimize company liability.
• Provide legal advice and corporate support to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, and best practices.
• Participate in corporate restructuring, M&A activities, business ventures, and financing.
• Handle various legal matters including commercial contract vetting, regulatory compliance, and addressing legal issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel to manage disputes and claims, safeguarding the company's interests and advising on dispute resolution processes.
•  Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts

Requirements:

• Degree in Law, with a minimum of 3 years' corporate commercial experience, preferably in a public listed company.
• Ability to work independently and in a team across all business units of the Group, including overseas subsidiaries.
• Familiarity with civil litigation, corporate governance, and compliance requirements of listed companies.
• Strong command of English and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
