Legal Officer – MNC - Immediate Start

Responsibilities: 

• Provide overall legal advices to the company. 
• Review, compose, and execute a variety of legal agreements and contracts.
• Provide legal advices on data protection policies and procedures.
• Understanding of market developments regarding legal compliance and potential threats.
• Evaluate legal compliance and potential threats.
• Examine and assess internal policies and practices and make suggestions to improve adherence.
• Communicate with the appropriate authorities about different compliance-related matters.
• Support preparation of reports pertaining to privacy, risk management, and compliance.
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting and ESG implementation guidelines.
• Coordinate all compliance and legal issues with the headquarters' legal department.

Requirements: 

• Degree in Legal Studies or equivalent.
• At least 3 – 5 years of experience in legal and compliance, preferably with exposure in Southeast Asia countries. 
• Willingness to travel with SEA countries.
