The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering our client, a Famous Tech MNC
- We are looking for a Legal Specialist
- The role will start out as a contract
- Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks related to financial services, including but not limited to payment regulations and data protection laws.
- Experience in conducting legal research and analysis, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
- Familiar with Laws and regulations and legal advise, reviewing contracts, product launch, general legal day to day activities
- Tech/Finance/Fintech industry experience would be a plus
Job Description
- Provide legal counsel and guidance on regulatory matters affecting company's payments and financial services businesses in Singapore.
- Assist in the development and implementation of legal and compliance strategies for new and existing products.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, partners, and vendors to safeguard company's interests.
