Lew Electrician/Technician - Join a Market Leader

• Perform automated equipment electrical wiring, I/O test, and site installation.
• Troubleshooting of process electrical and automation equipment.
• Correctly interpret Electric drawings to conduct safe handling of maintenance of on-site equipment.
• Power up, installation and troubleshoot automation equipment during Machine startup and setup.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting on electrical faults & trips (MCB, RCD, RCCB etc).
• Proper use of cable sizing, local electrical codes and electrical loading.
• Identification of electrical hazards & required safe handling procedures
• Ensure given tasks complete within the given timeline.
• Ensure good housekeeping
• Routine servicing, repairs and replacement of spares, consumable materials, items and components to all systems and equipment to ensure that they are operational.
• Responsible for any ad hoc duties tasked by direct Supervisor or Management
• Documentation of scheduled routine findings and rectification.
• Attend to all work orders issued by the operations and management
• To handle & manage external Specialist contractors awarded jobs on-site.

Job Requirements:

• Min. ITE/ Diploma in Engineering  or Equivalent.
• Licensed Electrician or in progress of certification to be an Electrician (minimum)
• Min. 2 years of experience as technician wiring assembly/automation or equivalent
• Able to travel to the site for the job (TUAS SOUTH).
• Panel wiring experience is preferred.
• Basic Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical or Pneumatic system
• Willing to work overtime
• Physically fit and able to work shift
