A leading provider of engineering services, sourcing and contracting expertise. They seek qualified candidates to fill the position of a Lew Technician.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers' enquiries, needs and complaints
- Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control
- Ensure all LEW paperwork/documentations are completed and filed in accordance with regulatory standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical or related field
- Possess LEW certificate with EMA or hold a valid Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification of Grade 7
- At least 2 years related experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage
- Rotating Shift required (2 shifts and/or 3 shifts)

- Location : Jurong [Office], Work Site [CBD]
- Working Days/Hours : Rotating Shift [2 or 3 shifts]
- Salary : $3500 - $4500 + AWS + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
