Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 8.30am to 6pm
Salary: Up to $5000 per month (based on experience)
Job Description:
• Perform fit and proper checks including daily / periodic employee AML/SCCB screening and annual credit screening for all financial representatives.
• Maintain and update licensing policies and procedures regularly, including follow up on regulatory updates and policies.
• Manage all registration matters of licensing representatives.
• Daily AML screening for employees
• Assist with RNF checks and review quarterly email notifications.
• Assist with the team’s RCSA and CSA reviews.
• Perform fit and proper checks, including AML/SCCB screening.
• Liaising with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to facilitate the licensing process and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, providing guidance and assistance throughout the licensing process.
• Respond to inquiries from applicants regarding application status, required documentation, and any other related queries.
• Maintaining accurate records of all licensing activities, including applications, approvals, renewals, and correspondence.
• Create and update applicant profiles or databases with relevant information, including personal details, qualifications, license detail and system tagging.
• Prepare summaries on the status of licensing applications, processing, and any trends or issues observed during the review process.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the licensing function, implementing solutions to enhance effectiveness and reduce errors.
