Location: Marina Bay Financial Centre
Pay: Up to $5,000/month
Duration: Immediate – 1 year (convertible/renewable based on performance)
Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8:30am – 6pm
Responsibilities:
1. Comprehensive Employee Screening: Regular fit and proper checks, including daily AML/SCCB screening and annual credit screening, are conducted for all financial representatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and risk mitigation.
2. Continuous Policy Maintenance: Licensing policies and procedures are consistently updated to reflect regulatory changes, with proactive follow-up on updates and policies to ensure adherence to evolving standards.
3. Efficient Registration Management: Oversight of all registration matters for licensing representatives, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Government and Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a liaison between government agencies, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to facilitate the licensing process, address concerns, and ensure seamless communication.
5. Documentation and Process Optimization: Maintain accurate records of licensing activities, provide guidance to applicants, respond to inquiries, and identify opportunities for process improvement, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in the licensing function.
Requirements
• Min Diploma
• Min 2-5 years of relevant experience in securities and exchange industry
• Immediate starters
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in understanding regulations and designing compliance policies.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
