Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end case management and operational processes for insurance applications, policy servicing, and complex HNW cases.
• Monitor operational workflows, turnaround times, and service standards to ensure efficient and seamless client servicing.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and improve the overall client experience.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior team members while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and proper documentation standards, while supporting ad-hoc operational projects as required.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in insurance brokerage operations and case management, preferably within the High-Net-Worth (HNW) segment.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products, operational processes, and client servicing requirements for HNW clients.
• Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, with the ability to manage complex cases and competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and stakeholder management abilities.
