Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the coordination of work (installation of elevators) between main contractor and sub-contractor for various projects assigned
- Provide weekly updates to project team on the current status of the installation.
- Overseeing and schedule project activities
- Plan and coordinate lift installations with contractors and consultants
- Conduct daily toolbox meeting with sub-contractor and in-house technicians to brief them on the required work to be perform for the day and to constantly stress on the safety measures required to be adhere to.
- Manage on going jobs with all subcontractors to meet the deadlines
- Apply correct work methods and procedures to ensure reliability and safe operations.
- In charge of the required materials that are used on site and ensure that the project run smoothly with no lapse caused by inadequate resources.
- Understudy installation of project lifts as on job training.
Requirements:
- Open to Singaporean only
- Diploma/ Degree holder in Mechanical, Electrical or relevant Engineering background
- At least 8 years of working experience, preferably in construction, lift industry
- Good communication and able to multi-task
- Communicate in Chinese is preferred to be able to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
