Lifting Supervisor/ Engineer (Marine Industry) - Room for Advancement

Responsibilities:

• In charge of daily project supervision on-site, ensuring assigned tasks are completed efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines, client specifications, and needs.
• Ensure that all safety rules and specifications are followed on the job site.
• Plan, coordinate, oversee, and act as the leader in order assure that all lifting operations are completed safely, in compliance with quality standards, and within the allotted time frame on the job site.
• Oversee and lead the department prior the planned non-routine and routine tasks
• Attend daily overtime, works, and production meetings as assigned.
• Determine the training needs of the team and control of budgets, including man-hours.
• Arrange and oversee Kaizen Improvement initiatives.
• Examine and gauge employees' job performance.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree in related field. 
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the marine or construction industry. 
• Knowledgeable in budgeting works. 
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
