Job Descriptions

1. Host regular livestream sessions on TikTok and other social media platforms to showcase and sell our products.
2. Develop creative and engaging content to drive brand awareness and sales.
3. Engage audience in real time, answer questions, and build a sense of community.
4. Monitor and respond to comments and questions during live streams, build rapport with viewers, and address their concerns.
5. Use persuasive techniques to encourage viewers to purchase or take desired actions.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest information on our products.
7. Conduct research and gather insights into customer needs and preferences.
8. Encourage user-generated content and testimonials.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in live streaming and sales techniques.
10. Track, monitor, and understand Livestream's performance through insights and analytics.
11. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute content strategies, promotional events, and product launches.
12. Content production / creative writing / scriptwriting video production for Social Media Pages (Facebook, Instagram Tiktok etc).
13. Effectively implement and manage assigned social media campaigns according to schedule and budget.
14. Website content uploads such as articles and social media campaigns

Job Requirements

• Required language(s): English and Mandarin 
• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Media / Communications
• Company accounts will be provided for streaming.
• Must be comfortable in front of camera.
• Presentable image with outgoing, engaging and charismatic traits.
• Familiar with the technical aspects of live streaming platforms and equipment and troubleshoot technical issues during live streams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work at our streaming studio in Tuas.
