Role Summary
This role supports all stages of our live selling operations — from pre-show preparation and in-stream platform management to post-stream fulfilment coordination. Beyond livestreams, the role extends to product listing management, community engagement, and performance-oriented marketing across our social and commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Livestream Coordination & Setup
• Prepare session run-sheets including product sequence, pricing, flash deals, and bundle mechanics
• Coordinate product samples, props, and visual aids required for each session
• Set up platform back-end: create or activate product links, configure coupons and vouchers, and confirm stock availability
• Brief the host on key talking points, product USPs, and promotional mechanics prior to each session
• Conduct pre-go-live technical checks (audio, video, lighting, connectivity, and platform dashboard)
• Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure fulfilment readiness ahead of each session
2. Livestream Platform Management (In-Stream)
• Monitor the platform dashboard in real time during livestreams across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other platforms
• Pin and swap product cards, activate coupons, and trigger flash deals at the correct moments
• Track live order volume, inventory levels, and revenue metrics and relay updates to the host
• Moderate the comment section — respond to product queries, filter spam, and surface quality questions for the host to address on-stream
• Manage viewer engagement mechanics: polls, giveaways, lucky draws, and countdown timers
• Flag and troubleshoot technical issues immediately during live sessions
3. Post-Livestream Coordination & Support
• Compile post-session performance reports: total sales, units sold, peak viewer count, conversion rate, and top-performing SKUs
• Export and archive stream VODs, screenshots, and product clips for content repurposing
• Follow up on unfulfilled or flagged orders; coordinate with logistics on out-of-stock and backorder situations
• Collate customer feedback and complaints from the comment section and route to relevant teams
• Maintain a session log and contribute insights to the continuous improvement of future streams
4. Product Listing Creation & Optimisation
• Create and maintain product listings across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other commerce platforms
• Write engaging product titles, descriptions, and bullet points that are search-optimised and conversion-focused
• Upload and organise product images, A+ content, and video assets per platform specifications
• Monitor listing performance and iterate on copy, imagery, and keywords to improve ranking and conversion
• Ensure all listings remain accurate and current with respect to pricing, promotions, and stock status
5. Community Management
• Manage and moderate comments, DMs, and reviews across TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, and other brand channels
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries in both English and Mandarin, maintaining a warm, knowledgeable, and on-brand tone
• Identify and escalate negative feedback, product complaints, or sensitive issues to the relevant team member
• Nurture returning customers and brand advocates through personalised engagement
• Track and report on community sentiment and frequently asked questions
6. Community Marketing
• Assist with the planning and execution of community-driven campaigns: giveaways, loyalty rewards, referral programmes, and seasonal activations
• Coordinate with KOLs, micro-influencers, and brand ambassadors for product seeding, content collaboration, and UGC campaigns
• Draft bilingual marketing copy for social posts, community announcements, and in-app push messages
• Support the team in preparing influencer briefs, collaboration decks, and campaign trackers
• Monitor competitor livestream activity and community trends and share timely insights with the team
7. Other Duties
• Support administrative tasks related to commerce operations (invoicing, order management, shipping coordination)
• Assist in the preparation of content for platforms such as Xiaohongshu and WeChat as required
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects as directed by the team
Who We Are Looking For
Essential Requirements
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) — you must be comfortable drafting professional copy and engaging customers fluently in both languages
• Prior experience in livestream commerce, e-commerce operations, or social media management (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Hands-on familiarity with at least one major livestream or e-commerce platform (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, or equivalent)
• Strong multitasking ability and composure under the fast-paced, time-sensitive conditions of a live session
• Excellent written communication skills — able to produce clear, engaging, and on-brand copy quickly
• Meticulous attention to detail, especially for numbers, product information, and platform configurations
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evening and weekend livestream sessions
Nice to Have
• Experience with beauty, wellness, skincare, or health supplement brands
• Familiarity with KOL and influencer marketing workflows
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar)
• Understanding of e-commerce SEO and listing optimisation best practices
• Experience with Chinese-language platforms: Xiaohongshu, WeChat

Working Hours
We operate a flexible schedule that reflects the demands of live commerce:
Non-Livestream Days: Standard office hours, Monday to Friday (9:00 am – 6:00 pm)
Livestream Days: Adjusted schedule to cover evening / night sessions, which typically run from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm or later depending on platform and market timezone
Schedule Notice: Livestream dates are shared at least one week in advance
We respect work-life boundaries and ensure that extended livestream days are reflected in compensatory arrangements.
