(Loan) Accounting & Finance Executive/ Senior | Loan Experience | Up to $5,000

Job Purpose

• Accounting and Financial Management related to Business Development operations including but not limited to Financial Reporting, AR/AP arrangement with Accounts division, Management Accounts, taxation, support for arranging financing 
• Provide project support, including profitability evaluation and financial assessments
•  Act as support for other Business Development projects as assigned

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Prepare management accounts for Business Development activities, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements
• Prepare monthly reports and the annual budget for Business Development activities. 
• Cash flow management to support operational needs.
• Coordinate financial arrangements with the Finance division. 
• Verify invoices and collaborate with the Accounts team to ensure timely payments. 
• Assist in streamlining and improving internal documentation processes. 
• Support financial arrangements and related documentation. 
• Project Support
• Responsible for management of the loans from Banks (project finance)/Shareholders.
• To ensure all necessary payments such as Opex, Management fee and Loan repayments are made in a timely manner.
• Verify the accounting method and for each project with Accounts team and auditor.
• Verify the taxation matters for each project with Accounts team and tax consultant.
• Assist in project profitability evaluation and financial assessment.
• Assist in accounting and financial management for projects in various countries of Southeast Asia and Oceania.
• He/she will be required to undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements 

• Diploma related to accountancy, business management or finance 
• At least 3 years of Accounting/ Finance experience 
• Experience in full set account and loans. 
• Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks // projects by oneself
• Numerically astute and comfortable reporting large numbers to management (USD$ millions)
