Loan Admin Officer (1year contract / European Bank) - Growth-Minded Organization

Work Location: CBD

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for legal documentation on credit facilities
• Handle loan operations duties, preparation of reports and follow-up of outstanding legal agreements.
• Responsible for the registration and implementation of credit limits in the bank’s systems.
• Data management and communication of information for HO and local regulatory reporting.
• Reporting of long outstanding documents and overdue covenant.
• Monitoring of annual credit review dates and collateral adequacy.
• Assist in the update of Work Instructions and Procedures Manual.
• Other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma/Degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in loan operations in Banks.
• Proficient in MS office, Word, and Excel
