Loan Syndication Specialist (Corporate Banking)

Your new company

My client, an Asian Bank, is currently searching for a Loan Syndication Specialist (Corporate Banking) to join their Singapore office.

Your new role

• 
  To originate syndicated loan transactions which includes the feasibility and viability of the targeted transaction, formulation of term sheets, syndication timetables and documentations
  
• 
  To distribute syndicated loans to the market which include accurate assessment of distribution channels, likelihood of selling down to targeted investors
  
• 
  Formulate optimum pricing for a given transaction with sound methodology acceptable to the general market
  
• 
  Provide regular updates on the possible syndication transactions in the market and identify possible banks/ partners for joint collaboration
  
• 
  Maintain a close relationship with the media to identify any current market deals and gather any adverse information on our existing or potential borrowers.
  
• 
  Work closely with the relationship managers for deal origination
  
• 
  Assist the Head and Deputy Heads of CBD in scouting viable business opportunities to increase the bank's returns
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 
  Recognised a Bachelor's degree and above , preferably in Business, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics or other related disciplines
  
• 
  Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking
  
• 
  Ability to speak English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients
