About the Role:
In this crucial role, you will play a central role in driving student recruitment for the prestigious programs offered by our Partner Universities under MDIS. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious enrolment goals within the Singapore market. As a seasoned leader, you will guide and empower a dedicated team of Sales professionals to achieve maximum profitability and expand our customer base within key market segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy aligned with the institute's mission and values, ensuring successful attainment of student enrolment goals.
- Foster a high-performance culture by providing dedicated leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for your Sales team, maximizing their individual and collective potential.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Partner Universities, admission counsellors, and industry leaders, to generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new market segments and develop targeted sales strategies for expansion.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to ensure alignment and leverage their efforts to support your sales initiatives.
- Regularly monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies for continuous growth.
- Oversee adherence to all company policies and procedures, ensuring ethical and compliant business practices within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of demonstrably successful experience in sales and business development within the education or service industries, with a minimum of 3 years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving significant revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and deliver compelling presentations.
- Passion for the education sector and a genuine commitment to student success.
- Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
