Logistic & Shipping Executive (Sea Freight Export)

Our client is US incorporated and a public listed company provides a range of smart home hardware, software services and content to meet the needs of users and their families and help them achieve their own health.

Logistic & Shipping Executive 

• Responsible for formulating and coordinating logistics plans and operations for exports from China, Vietnam, and Thailand to Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific and other places.
• Under the condition of meeting timely delivery, organize, plan and arrange express, air and sea freight exports to foreign countries in the most economical way and track them to safe receipt.
• Produce and verify all export-related documents and documents.
• Liaise with suppliers, purchasing department, freight forwarders, customs brokers and foreign colleagues to resolve problems encountered during logistics operations.
• Organize and summarize relevant documents for each business ticket, file them for record after review, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports on a regular basis.
• Assist superior leaders to develop and identify new logistics suppliers and channels to improve the company's overall logistics service level

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma or Degree in Logistic or Shipping or relevant discipline
• Familiar with international transportation, import and export customs declaration procedures and related knowledge.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using office software and proficient in Excel.
• Fluent in English and ability to communicate effectively with business partners in China
