Responsibilities:

• To perform administrative and operational duties such as import and export documentation, preparing sales invoices and purchase orders and delivery orders, etc.
• To handle customers’ orders for Air, Ocean, customs clearance, and Transportation for local delivery and Shipping freight forwarders (for Import & Export)
• To Coordinated and executed projects as instructed
• To respond to customer inquiries via phone, email.
• To handle order processing of new incoming orders and monitor order status

Requirements:

• NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain or any related field.
• Preferred candidate with freight forwarding experiences.
• Bilingual in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and vendor.
