Logistic Coordinator/Customer Service

My client company is a resourceful and proficient one-stop freight forwarding company with a worldwide network of agencies.

What You'll Do:

• Manage customer bookings and ensure details are accurate.
• Coordinate with shippers, sales, and shipping lines for FCL/LCL cargo.
• Arrange trucking and cargo collection if needed.
• Update shippers on schedule changes or delays.
• Ensure cargo arrives in good condition and handle issues promptly.
• Verify invoices and close files.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements: 

• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics industry is preferred 
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and handle various administrative duties efficiently.
