Logistic Officer/Coordinator (WMS)- Up to $3800+ AWS | WEST

• Position: Logistic Coordinator
• Location: Benoi
• Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6.00pm)
• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3800+ AWS + Medical + Dental
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Logistics (MNC)
   

Main Responsibilities:

• Guide a team of coordinators associates to provide administrative support to the Operations. 
• Handle order processing, prepare and maintain reports and files for all operations records, correspondence, plans, and expenses. 
• Assist in the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for the movement of cargo.
• Perform tracking and tracing functions, and assist in the daily warehouse and administrative activities and communications 
• Liaise closely with external parties to ensure shipments are expedited smoothly. 
• Correspondence and liaison with customers and to attend to their enquiries. 
• Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties. 
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics, material planning, or coordination roles within a technical or data center environment.
• Familiarity with data center hardware, equipment, and related components; understanding of inventory management systems is preferred.
• Good Knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Minimum 'O' levels or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration 
• willing to handler manual warehouse work
