Responsibilities:
- Understand and comply to all related operating processes
- Focal point for delivery and shipment enquiries
- System transactions for receiving and order fulfillment activities
- Co-ordinate and liaise with customers/ transporter on day to day issues, order planning to meet customer’s shipment delivery / collection requirements
- Able to carry heavy goods
- Shipment arrangement per customer’s instruction
- Compilation of outbound documentation for cargo release
- Consolidation of documentation return to Customer
- Data collection for the Operations Executive / Manager
- Documentation and record retention per established requirements
- Cycle count administration
- Ensure all KPIs are met
- Timely delivery of accurate reports and information to the Operations Executive / Manager
- Data entry and administrative tasks as assigned by the Operations Executive / Manager
- Back up during absence of other officer
- All other tasks or duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Valid Singapore forklift license
- Willing to support overtime even on weekends
- Experience in Warehouse would be an advantage
