Responsibilities:
• Registration of items sent in by walk-in customers for calibration or repair service
• Coordination with customer and forwarders on timely collection and delivery of equipment
• Validation of incoming items for correct model and serial number
• Preparation of shipping documents and booking of shipments for overseas freight
• Packaging of parcels for transshipment
• Monitoring and follow up of overseas transshipment
• Resolving logistics issues
Qualifications:
• A recognized Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to prioritize work in a fast pace environment with good time management skills
• Experience and enjoy working in a customer facing environment. Post sales service experience preferred.
• Possess problem solving skillset.
• Fluent in Chinese & English language
• Excellent written and telephone communication skills
• Familiar in using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel is necessary
