Working Location: Boon Lay
Working Hours: Monday – Friday : 8.30am – 5.30pm
Contract Period: 3 months (Renewable / Extendable)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages warehouse and shipping & receiving functions.
- Ensures accuracy of information in Oracle Process module and physical inventory.
- Sets minimum/maximum levels in Oracle system to optimize inventory turnovers and prevent raw material expiration.
- Collaborates with Operations Team, Business Support Team to enhance supply chain visibility, responsiveness, cost-effectiveness, and on-time-in-full delivery.
- Strategically plans and manages logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, and customer services.
- Oversees overall logistics including inventory control, packaging, shipping, and receiving. Works closely with Senior Logistics Administrator.
- Assists with warehouse activities during high incoming/outgoing shipment volume.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistic/warehousing role.
- Diploma in related field such as Supply Chain or Logistics Management preferred.
- Knowledge of Oracle System preferred; intermediate Excel skills desirable.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
