Our client, a leading FMCG chain, is seeking a Logistics and Process Improvement Manager to join their team!

Job Scope

Report directly to the Director of Operations
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team.
Plan and manage workforce deployment effectively.
Prepare and deliver reports along with proposed solutions.
Ensure warehouse safety protocols are strictly adhered to.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing warehouse procedures.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Proficiency in process improvement methodologies.

Salary: Up to $8,000 + AWS

Location: North East with Transport Provided Islandwide
