Logistics Assistant - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Working hours:

- 9.5 hours per day (including break time), 6 days a week

- OT when required

Job Responsibilities

- Check and process incoming stock from suppliers

- Pick and pack outgoing stock to outlets

- Perform stock-taking and data entry for warehouse and outlets

- General warehouse upkeeping and maintenance

- Monitor stock levels and expiry dates where necessary

- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

- Able to handle physical work to carry heavy or bulky goods occasionally (up to 15 kg)

- Minimum GCE N Level, any qualification in Logistics/Supply Chain will be an advantage

- 2 years’ experience in warehouse environment will be an advantage

- Knowledge in MS Office & Warehouse Management System (WMS)

- Knowledge of inventory management

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Responsible and reliable person

- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize

- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

- Able to perform OT as and when required
