Job Scope:

Logistics Coordinator

• Plan and organize warehouse layout and operations.
• Manage warehouse documentation, inventory, and the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Analyze warehouse processes for improvement in receiving, handling, distribution, and storage.
• Update warehouse data in MS Excel and report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Report warehouse incidents and ensure compliance with HSE and ISO standards.
• Perform other assigned tasks or ad-hoc projects as needed.

Logistic Assistant

• Loading and unloading of goods
• Picking and packing, checking of goods
• Maintain good 5S housekeeping and safety
• Report any defects to immediate supervisor
• Other duties as assigned
