Job Description

Work tasks

• Procurement and supply chain management.

• Arranging for delivery of goods.

• Production and distribution of data carriers.

• Sales order processing and contract management.

• Inventory control.

• Communication with suppliers.

• Working with ERP System.

• Processing of return shipments.

• Customs reporting and documentation.

Skills

• Excellent knowledge of English both spoken and in writing meeting the international set up of the company.

• Organizational skills.

• Excellent social skills to interact effectively with customers.

• Excellent verbal, written and electronic communication skills.

• Personal initiative and responsibility.

• Being stress resistance; performing steadily and effectively under time pressure. Reacting calmly towards customers under all circumstances.
